Situated opposite Mont Ventoux between Lure and Luberon, at an altitude of 800m, on the outskirts of the Ventoux, Baronnies and Luberon nature parks, Sault and the surrounding area are part of a biosphere reserve.
The village of Sault is shaped like a star, and eight departmental roads within a 30 km radius will enable you to discover our cultural and historical heritage. The Domaine du Val de Sault is organised like a hamlet on a hill, offering a panoramic view of the Sault plain, the blue and gold so dear to Giono. Lavender fields rub shoulders with spelt fields. Our 20 rooms, suites and flats, including 1 for people with reduced mobility, for a total capacity of 60 people, will delight you during your stay!
